Summary
Ichigo huffs. “That’s not what he was implying,” he muttered, cheeks flushed again. He rubs at his temples like he has a headache.
Kisuke frowns. Then what- oh. “He thinks you’re fucking me,” he says. That makes sense. Ichigo has been protecting him since the day he arrived here, and he does stay in what was (is?) Ichigo’s bedroom.
A wounded noise slips from Ichigo’s lips, and he somehow looks even more embarrassed. “I didn’t mean for them to think this,” he promises, like he thinks Kisuke will be offended by the idea of being kept to warm his bed.
Looking at Ichigo, Kisuke has to admit he’s not opposed to the idea, he’d just never considered it. Ichigo isn’t bad looking and if he gets past the whole ‘technically a kidnapping victim being forced to stay in Hueco Mundo’ then really, Ichigo is an ideal partner from both an aesthetic and power standpoint.

Summary
“You should have told him,” Zangetsu hisses.
Ossan tilts his head in acknowledgement. Because this time, the hollow is right. He’s always been the one to make the calls on what Ichigo should and shouldn’t know, and this time was the same. Zanpakutou have an intrinsic understanding of the bonds that form between their wielder and another wielder. They could have told him at any point. But Ossan had convinced the hollow that their wielder’s soul bonded wasn’t to be trusted.
In his defence, he wasn’t entirely wrong.

Ichigo fights the urge to roll his eyes. Why does everyone insist on getting him involved with these guys? “I’m not a Shiba. And I’ve never been through the shinigami school, so there’s no chance of me being a shinigami either. Sorry to have wasted your time,” he says, completely unapologetic. He doesn’t say ‘so fuck off and leave me alone’ but he’s positive his look-alike gets the message given the narrowed eyes.
It’s silent for a moment before his look-alike shrugs and grins. “Right, well, be that as it may, there’s no way we aren’t related,” he says. “The name's Kaien.”

Summary
