Summary
Leo watched him awkward. Instinct told him to try to relax and make a joke, but something made him feel that this one would not be well received.
"Don't worry, big brother," said the one in red bandana.
(And something in that sentence was wrong).
"You'll get your memories back and then we'll all be training together again, you'll see" he told him with a confident smile, looking like he believed every word he said. But faltering at the end of the sentence, showing a bit of his doubt.
Leo tried to smile back, only ending with a strange grimace.
Everything was wrong, his body was wrong. And even though he didn't know what was going on, he was just sure that those people were not his brothers.

Rise and 2012 Leo change dimension. The problem? They both have amnesia, they are in each other's body and they both just woke up from their respective coma.

Summary
Leo from 2012 and Rise Leo switch bodies. They come to the grand conclusion to try and play it cool and pretend to be the other Leo till they can figure out how to fix this whooooole situation. I can only see this going well and definitely not lead to some, oh I don’t know… Shenanigans?
Time line wise Rise Leo defeated the Shredder but hasn’t been declared the new leader yet. 2012 Leo has killed the Shredder.

Summary
In the ‘12 universe, Donatello had the brilliant idea to crack open the multiverse. However, the trajectory of the portal was not set up, landing the turtles in an unfamiliar land with familiar yet strange faces.
In other words, I’ve only read about the rise turtles entering the ‘12 universe, so I thought it would be fun to turn the tables.

Summary
Sometimes he'd see flashes of light. Visions of the sun's warm embrace, something he hadn't felt for many centuries. Along with it, a young woman's voice and face would appear in his dreams. But just as she came, she'd disappear and take the little light he had with her. And darkness would come rushing back in, pulling him back down into the depths of his hellish existence.
He had no sun, no radiant ball of light to guide him. Every moment he could feel himself growing, any and all hopes of rescue slowly fading into acceptance, for he was his master's Unrivaled Fists of Hell, nothing more and most certainly nothing less. That was, until HE arrived, a brand of flame standing tall and pure. And with him came the light.
