Summary
He led them out of the great hall, and onto multiple, sweeping balconies that looked out from the palace. As they approached, he saw the two children look out into the sweeping city before them… the tall, golden towers that had held sturdy for eons. And the multicoloured Bifrost Bridge in the far distance, that led out over the storming sea of Ífingr and to the cosmos beyond the shimmering atmosphere of their home planet.
He clapped a hand on both their shoulders. "I have great expectations of you both. You will both serve Asgard, not just for me… but for all of us."
"Loki…" The black-haired boy grinned cheekily.
"And Thor."
Thor Odinson, son of Odin — a fearsome, mighty warrior renowned amongst the gods of Asgard, a legend amongst mere mortals. He is destined to be king: but when a series of circumstances lead him to make some terrible choices, he will have to pay the price for putting his kingdom in jeopardy. Shall the king return to take his throne and regain his lost glory? And... what of the god who seeks to claim it first?

Bruce Banner has been missing for two years since Sokovia.

Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, Sam Wilson, Bucky Barnes, and Wanda Maximoff are on the run after the whole mess with the Accords.
And Tony, well Tony is in desperate need of a drink.
Once Bruce and Thor arrive with a ship full of Asgardians (and a War Criminal), and the Rogues turn up, the Avenger's Accord protocol is initiated. Basically, the Avenger's all have to live together without killing each other.
