"To see the children of Queen Alicent and the children of Princess Rhaenyra was a wonderful sight. A hurricane of black and white joined by purple.
The four princes were inseparable. Lucerys also loved to spend time in the company of Princess Heleana, Queen Alicent's only daughter.
The young princess loved insects and spent hours explaining their characteristics to her young nephew, who with interest and sometimes disgust listened insatiably.
But more than anything else Lucerys loved spending time with his uncle Aemond.
The king's second male son was a taciturn child, easily irritated and especially did not own a dragon when his brothers and nephews already had one. His egg had never hatched.
