He was tired of playing games with Iwaizumi like they didn't both know that they wanted this – he was tired of dancing around each other and using homework and group projects and borrowing notes as excuses to go over to each other's apartments on Fridays, and deciding well, if they were already here, there was no reason to go back to their own apartments on Saturday morning. Or Sunday morning. They only parted when classes on Monday pulled them, reluctantly, in separate directions.
Or, Oikawa finally does something about the fact that he and Iwaizumi are very much in love with each other and not very good at hiding it.
