Summary
Luz Noceda, a young genius with a penchant for impulsivity, gets a second chance at her new school, Hexside. Doing her best to make her mother proud, Luz even takes on a job as research assistant to the Owl Lady herself, Eda Clawthorne. Luz begins to juggle her time between home, hanging out with her new friends, and working on amazing science projects. And wondering why a certain mint-haired mean girl seems to leave slime around wherever she goes. However, this new job is not all that it seems, and an unforeseen accident leads to events that no one, especially Luz, could have ever predicted.
