Kurt's giggles die out as the bottle slows to a halt in front of him and his wide smile falters. It's not that he doesn't want to kiss Blaine, because he really, really does. It's just that Blaine is drunk, and he's not, and he wants Blaine to want to kiss him, instead of just kissing him over a stupid drunken party game.
Plus, what if Blaine refuses? Can he even handle that rejection? What if Blaine, after Kurt's confession after valentine's day, doesn't want to encourage Kurt's feelings and turns Kurt down in front of all his friends? He can't think of any worse humiliation.
And yet, Blaine doesn't seem to exhibit the hesitance Kurt expects. Instead, he's smiling almost wide enough to split face in half and shuffling closer to Kurt. Kurt allows himself to start smiling again and can feel his face start to heat up, and leans tentatively towards Blaine, prepared for his third ever kiss. He's actually started to get excited now.

Summary
The first sensation Blaine notices when he wakes the morning after his joyous reunion with Kurt is a warm, heavy weight on his chest. It's weird to wake up to. Dave never rested on his chest and Kurt isn't much of a cuddler.

Summary
The drugstore seems to have a much wider variety of condoms compared to the last time Blaine 'found himself' there (which is how he explained the situation to his father when he snuck off last time the two 'found themselves' stuck here together), although the other, more likely, explanation is that the selection seems more overwhelming with higher (much higher) stakes.
It won't technically be his first time owning condoms, since his mom, a couple of years ago, in an honest but humiliating attempt to be supportive, left two large boxes of extra durable condoms on his bed (remembering that makes Blaine cringe at his own honest but probably similarly humiliating attempt to force Kurt's sex education), but it will be his first time buying condoms himself.
They probably won't go that far, for now, definitely not far enough for the condoms to be a necessity, but Kurt will surely appreciate them anyway. He's always valued cleanliness, and Blaine has always valued Kurt's comfort.

Do you want to see something cool?" He beckons Spencer to look closely, tilting his head forwards and pushing his bangs out of the way with one hand and pointing at a spot on his forehead with the other. "You see that little dent on my forehead? That's a scar from when they got me with a brick."
He leans back, looking back up at Spencer, who's gaping in shock, though his face is otherwise unreadable, until he mutters "That’s badass man," still clearly in shock.
Kurt's smile grows even wider with relief, "Thank you! No one seems to appreciate how cool I am. You wouldn't believe the lectures I got from everyone else."
