Summary
Hermit’s Hollow was a quiet town where you learned to ignore whisperings of nonsense and the dull, persistent feeling of being watched before you learned to ride a bike. To call it pedestrian would be a great disservice to all the terrible oddities occupying it— folks and legends alike.
Not that Grian believed any of them, of course.
Or; There's something wrong in Hermit's Hollow. There's something wrong with Grian. Neither of these are a surprise to him.

Summary
Tango Tek always gave his all to every project, no matter how big or small. His work on the server was his pride and joy. And season seven, with Decked Out, and his base, and all of the other work he had been doing was no exception. And sure, maybe it was a bit tiring and maybe he had a habit of overworking himself, but it had never really gotten too bad.
Until Tango begins feeling like everything is falling apart.
Until Tango starts losing control of himself.
Until Tango has to call on his fellow Hermits for help before things get ugly.

CuteGuy looked around Scar's apartment, smiling affectionately.
He caught himself, realizing that his heart was in his eyes. It was a little embarrassing to be so unabashedly fond in front of HotGuy.
Speaking of whom… the hero seemed to be breathing heavily. Maybe he’d pushed himself too hard to get here quickly.
“Here, sit down for a minute. You look winded,” CuteGuy said, pointing him to the couch. “Let me get you something to drink.” He went straight for the cupboard to the right of the stove, where Scar kept the glasses.
HotGuy sat down heavily, making a rasping noise in the back of his throat.
Better hurry with that water, Grian thought.Or: Mumbo is out of town, Grian's apartment is being remodeled, and CuteGuy needs a safe place to preen his wings. Suddenly, HotGuy finds himself somewhere much too familiar.
