Summary
When Uki smiled, it was like all the stars would dance across the sky in celebration. When they would laugh, the angels would sing praises from the heavens. Fulgur could never bear to show his prince that he aches when they suffer. That he cries when Uki wouldn’t wake up for hours after a high fever. That he prays to every god who would listen to take the prince’s pain away and to bestow it upon him instead.
A story in which Fulgur Ovid was knighted at the age of 13 and was sworn in to be the protector of Prince Uki Violeta, the youngest and only surviving heir to the throne.
