  Summary

  Somewhere scattered throughout the wastes of Nevada,
  a select few facilities lay hidden and under the radar of the public.
  Some mostly seen as basic A.A.H.W agency buildings and cloning facilities, are instead placed in charge of a project that- to keep the project as protected as possible, and off the radar of any possible threats- most of the Agency itself isn't aware of. The goal, to create a new kind of battle clone, in an attempt to finally ward off their greatest enemy.

  This project has been coined, Project Phase.
