Ezra was never meant to care. He was a demon, a tempter, a creature of the dark designed to corrupt. But when a terrifyingly soft Archangel offered him shelter from the first rain in Eden, something shifted.
Over six thousand years, the Arrangement wasn't just about making their jobs easier. For Ezra, it was a necessity. He watched the universe try to crush the light out of Raphael, and he made a choice: if Heaven wouldn’t protect their brightest star, a Demon of Hell would.
From the Garden of Eden to the brink of Armageddon, this is the story of an Angel who loved the world too much, and the Duke of Hell who clawed his way up the ranks solely to keep him safe.

A glimpse into a lavishly appointed sitting room through cracked-open door reveals Aziraphale partaking in his most favorite indulgence.
The sky-hued opulence of their surroundings pales in comparison to the flushing beauty on Aziraphale’s lap, and he drops his hand to stroke the inner expanse of Crowley’s thigh, marveling at soft skin drawn taut over straining, quivering muscles that struggle to maintain the position he’s long sustained.
He’s been astonishingly quiet thus far, to Aziraphale’s surprise, and Crowley’s also maintained his usual affect that totters along the border between boldly confident and fiery impertinence, but now, as it always does, it dissolves into dust, the act, the veneer, rendering Aziraphale utterly beset with the desire to ruin him.
