Summary
Until now, the Earthlings lived their daily lives quietly and the Countryballs dealt with their common affairs and problems of a hectic political life. All ignorant of a truth that could change their lifestyle that they have always led. But their reality begins to be disturbed the day they send a certain Astroball into space who has many fantastic stories to tell.
After all, it is not easy to believe that the planet you live on, has a consciousness, personality and emotions; or worse yet: That the entire solar system is alive and lives their own stories.
Sure, both worlds are very different and are separated despite living in the same universe, but what will happen the day they start to interact with each other?

Summary
Before the quirks, Yokohama was really a closed city due to all the abilities, but it was still open to some people. Until more recently, due to all the discrimination against abilities users caused the city to close its borders fully. The Special Division encourage all the abilities to go to Yokohama to be safer and live in peace (tho there were some that stay outside).
Now, HPSC want to 'fix' that relationship...or

Zoro’s expression does not change. He continues like what he’s saying is the most obvious thing in the world. “I want to marry you. So let’s do it.”-
In which Sanji has the perfect plan to propose to Zoro, until the swordsman manages to derail everything in an instant.

“You, apparently.” said Sanji, slurring the words.
“What did I do now?” said Zoro visibly confused, “I thought we were good.”

Sanji tried to free himself from Zoros grasp. He took a step backwards, but tripped over his own feet, and was about to fall on his ass, again.
This time, Zoro grabbed one of Sanjis arms and heaved the cook back on his feet.
“I don’t know what happened but you need to sober up.” He said begrudgingly.
“Nooo.” He sounded like a toddler and let himself fall down on his ass. Zoro let him.
“Jesus christ, cook. You are a stubborn bastard.”___
