Dick didn’t sound impatient. “Wayne Manor. It’s in Gotham, we’ll be there in about an hour.” Ren blinked. Gotham? Real And Actual Crime City? When he was reading about Bludhaven, its sister city of Gotham loomed over every statistic and factoid he could find. Where Bludhaven was dangerous, Gotham had an entire wikipedia page dedicated to their local super villains. Where Bludhaven was polluted, Gotham’s tap water had been studied for graduate dissertations on the dangers of radiation to a metropolitan area. Where Bludhaven was corrupt, Gotham had an entire second Wikipedia page for their spandex clad vigilantes needed to supplement their cartoonishly incompetent public services. Dick must have noticed his shock. “Don’t worry, it’ll grow on you.”
It had better. He didn’t have another option if it didn’t.
