“I’m surprised to see you still down here, Doctor,” he flinched, his head snapping in the direction of the noise, relaxing upon realising who it was. He must’ve been really tired to not’ve noticed someone coming in, he always knew everything that entered and exited this facility. He stood up, looking at the man with relative disdain, “Don’t just welcome yourself unannounced, Regrator, I’m busy.”
He shook his head lightly, “I don’t particularly care if you’re busy, Doctor.” He answered honestly, his hypnotic eyes looking over Dottore’s dishevelled form as he supported his weight with his desk, “you look horrid, well, more horrid than you normally look.”

Childe had recently moved in with Zhongli, after the Fatui incident in Liyue since he was going to be posted at Liyue for a lot longer than he had expected. Even with the change of scenery in the land of contracts some things never change.
One of those things is the reoccurring nightmares that send him into fits of tears and panic.
The Fatui Harbinger somehow finds comfort in the man that manipulated him from puppet to puppeteer. Given that he too used him for his gain. Who would've known that the former ruler of the nation that he tried to destroy would be so kind to him still? not that he's complaining.

Obito thought quickly. "They're part of a... club... for babysitters."
"A club," said Kakashi, flat.
"Yep. A... babysitter's club."
"I see," said Kakashi, who clearly didn't see at all.
"Yeah, the clouds on the coats are supposed to be a soothing visual for kids?" Obito said, as he decided to dig himself deeper.
"In red and black."
"Okay, the color scheme could maybe stand to be changed," Obito conceded. He heard Konan snort from underneath the table.
He glanced briefly at Hidan, who was now shaking his shoulders, and the entire curtain, laughing at Obito.
