Summary
Evelina is a 38-year-old Breton woman. She is forced to flee High Rock after a noble makes a rather indecent proposal of her in payment of the debts her father has raked up. Unbeknownst to her, Evelina’s path is being influenced by a forgotten Daedric prince who has picked the young Breton to be champion in efforts to come back to power.
When the chapter is from a specific POV it will be indicated- the first few chapters are split between Evelina and Kaidan. If a POV is not indicated at the beginning of the chapter, it just means it flip flops back and forth within said chapter. Also, since I couldn’t find a solid answer, this plays on the idea that, while not as long lived as the wholly Elven races, Bretons having some mer ancestry has given them slightly pointed ears and longer life spans than the races of man.
