Summary
Alec Lightwood is a supermodel with a fairly traumatic past. Magnus Bane is a photographer working for Vogue. Vogue wants Alec for the cover of their LGBT+ issue. Magnus is the photographer chosen for the task, but he doesn't remember love being anywhere in the contract.
The universe had other ideas.
Over time, Magnus becomes more and more aware of the scarred pieces of Alec's soul. He desperately wants to help Alec deal with his trauma, but how can he when Alec won't let him?

Summary
When Alec, a promising athlete and law student, breaks his ankle during his morning run, he is fortunate that there is one other person crazy enough to go out at 5:30 AM. The kind stranger, whose name is Magnus and who also turns out to be extremely handsome, doesn't mind helping Alec out.
What both men don't know at that moment, is that Magnus will be assigned to treat Alec's injuries, assuring that they get to know each other just a little better.
When the law allows them to, neither of the men hold back in their flirtatious behaviour, causing things to get pretty heated.

“Did you hear what I just said?” Magnus asked.
“Yes, I did. But I don’t feel like having this talk right now.” Alec took out an extra cup even though he hadn’t gotten an answer to the question. A deep sigh left the older one’s lips at the words and Alec continued, saying, “We’re not even supposed to talk about these things, we’re supposed to just-”
“I’m so tired of you telling me what we’re supposed to do. Obviously, we need to talk it through,” Magnus interrupted, a sudden spark of frustration having found its way to his words.

Or the human AU where Alec and Magnus hate each other. While Alec struggles to get through medical school, the perfect Magnus Bane has his whole life figured out. Or so Alec thought, until the two are forced to do an anatomy project together and Alec realizes that the annoyingly perfect boy has secrets. Secrets that aren’t as pretty as the boy himself.

The man made a small noise that sounded like a soft laugh. “Alright, you want me to explain to you how I’m handling this case and what I’m looking for?” he asked, pointing towards the computer. “I mean, you’re the one I talked to on the phone, right?”
“Yeah yeah, that’s me,” Alec quickly said. The words eased out something inside of him and suddenly he felt his cheeks starting to blush. “And I’d love that.”
Magnus grabbed a chair from the computer beside the one he was using and rolled it closer, gesturing for Alec to take the seat. “Come on closer,” he ordered softly, and the boy obeyed.
He slipped right down beside Magnus, their chairs touching, and suddenly he could smell the subtle scent from the man’s cologne and it made Alec’s head spin ever so lightly for just a moment.
(Or the AU where Magnus and Alec are both doctors working in the same department, each hurting in their own way. But somewhere down the road at a busy pediatric hospital, they figure out how to slowly, but steadily, heal in the presence of each other )

Summary
