He had privately dubbed the man Wireface, although he'd be the first to admit it was a crueler nickname than most of the others he had come up with. It wasn't like the other's either, where he simply chose not to ask their names, he was quite sure he couldn't have gotten Wireface's if he tried.
He had been determined not to get attached to anyone in the house, if for no other reason than that he didn't think his psyche could handle another loss if it were to happen. Of all the people he'd taken in he hardly expected it to be the foreigner he couldn't even hold a conversation with to challenge this conviction.

His eyes travelled around the familiar features–just older, but the same; thick eyebrows, long eyelashes, and that tooth, peeking over his lip even though his mouth was closed. Till’s chest heaved, and he pulled off his gloves so that his shaking hands could cradle the face, thumbing underneath tired eyes.
This had to be a dream, and he was going to wake up soon–any second now. But time only stretched on, and he was still there in that downpour, hovered over his unconscious body.
“Ivan?” Till squeaked out–a name he hadn’t said aloud in nine years. To anyone else he was always that guy, that brat, that… feeling I didn’t understand until you were gone.

Suddenly Caitlyn was kneeling beside her, helping support her weight. Vi's shoulders sagged in relief, but it was short-lived. Because whatever Caitlyn was saying to her got drowned out by screaming.
Vi froze. That was Jinx's voice. Her sister's voice, hoarse and so incredibly desperate, echoed all around them.
The smoke was dissipating now. Vi could see the giant form of Vander's body, not far from where she'd been thrown. And staggering frantically towards it was Jinx, yelling Isha's name. She paused, as if she heard something, before dashing over to Vander, trying to move him out of the way.
Vi could feel Caitlyn trying to steer her in the opposite direction, and she resisted, moving closer to see what was happening. Jinx was clearly struggling, clawing at Vander's arm, but he was just too heavy. Then her head snapped towards them, and vibrant fuchsia eyes met grey.
"Help me!"

Summary
In the Momma CQ universe, a different set of Error's, Ink's, and other characters exist.
Fresh and Error were having a fight when Fresh's magic ended up pulling them all into a portal. While Fresh was always aware of the potential variants of himself and his family, he had steered clear up until now.
He steered clear because it was dangerous. Even meeting their counterparts is dangerous, although that's exactly what is going to happen.
Things are not exactly what they seem though. Their older selves have many issues that align with their own.
