Mirrors work by reflecting light which in turn reflects the image in front of it. This also means that the image reflected back looks flipped or backwards.
For Sanji, this means his eyebrows appear to curl the other way.
But it's been a long time since Sanji felt fear from seeing that in a mirror.
Except, after everything with Whole Cake Island and his enhancements awakening during Wano, that’s the last thing he needs to see after a nightmare.

Summary
In the fairy tales Sanji’s mother read to him when he was small, the world is orderly, easily described in a series of simple if-thens. For example: if there is a mysterious, abandoned castle under a curse, then there will also be a sleeping princess inside it. If the princess has been cruelly trapped, then knights from across the land will embark on a quest to free her. If the princess is beautiful and sad, then a handsome prince will find her and kiss her awake, and they will fall in love and live happily ever after.
In the quiet countryside town of Kuraigana, there is a mysterious, abandoned castle. There is a casket, and a curse. And there is something sleeping inside the casket, waiting to be awoken. Instead of a beautiful princess, though, a demon slumbers in Kuraigana Castle. And, instead of a handsome prince to break his spell, the poor sap is stuck with Sanji.

Zoro sighs, the snail’s expression still impossible to read. “How did they get out of here so fast? This place is a damn maze.”
“Well, not everyone gets as lost as–” Usopp freezes. He needs Zoro to save him, antagonizing him won’t do him any good. “-not everyone gets lost as long as they have a map! The other groups must’ve found a map too and gotten everyone out.”
Usopp gets trapped in a maze of a Marine base and his only hope out of it is Zoro.

Sanji used to think getting shot by Cupid’s arrow would be a beautiful ordeal, but he gets to know that Cupid is a stupid cunt and the whole experience sucks. He can't pull the shitty arrow out of his heart no matter how hard he tries. So he does the next best thing and kicks Zoro squarely in the chest.
