Summary
Stating the understatement of the year: civil war was a shit show.
Tony knew this, his nightmares from Siberia proved it.
But he had finally gotten his life back together. He had moved past the fact that his best friend left him for dead in a frozen wasteland. He got over the fact that half of what he considered his family had split and left him.
He got Pepper back. He had Peter now. Rhodey was getting better everyday. He was fine.
So when the dust settles from Germany and the Accords are quietly ratified away from the mainstream public eye, and the Rogue Avengers want to come home, Tony can’t help but be pissed.
They left him. Yes, they had reasons and maybe those reasons were justified, but they left. That was their choice. Tony picked up the pieces they left behind, and he made his own picture without them.
He moved on.
Now, they’re moving back in.
OR the rogues move back to the compound and tony wonders how long he can hide peter from them, and vice versa

"His son." Everyone turns to look at the blue girl. She doesn’t flinch at the new attention, staring right at Clint. Then she turns her dark eyes to Tony’s. “He lost his son.”
—
Tony’s back on Earth, but not really. He left something—someone—back there on Titan. In his hands he holds the picture frame of him and Peter—young, happy, alive Peter—posing stupidly with cheesy bunny ears at the camera and holding Peter’s Stark Industries certificate upside-down, and he knows exactly what he’s lost. And as he watches his tears fall onto the glass, he knows that he will stop at nothing to bring Peter Parker back. This is the story that shows what happens when he succeeds.

Summary
“Spider-Man, as in the guy that stops robberies in Queens?” Pepper asked slowly. “That kid — that little tiny baby kid — is Spider-Man?”
“Yeah…” Tony stared at her, still not really understanding what the hell was happening here. “As far as I can tell. All signs point to yes, and all that. Who did you think he was?”
Pepper blinked again, slower. She shook her head hurriedly. “No, I — I thought he was your kid.”
“What?”
“Well, what else was I meant to think?” Pepper exclaimed, looking at him like he was insane. “You’re sitting there, very clearly pretending like you’re okay, with information on a kid that was born during the middle of your crazy years!”
People think that Peter is Tony's actual kid.

Summary
Actually, Steve knows a million reasons why he didn’t think of it, because it’s certainly a new development as far as they go. But it’s so obvious when him and Bucky witness it Bucky clearly gives him a look full of eyebrows like ‘you are an actual idiot Rogers’
-/-/-/-
A story about how Steve really wants Tony to stop over working himself and tries to mend bridges in their friendship. He doesn't realise that the answer to getting Tony to stop for a while was a doe eyed, nerdy, Spider-Kid. But hey, whatever works, works.
Set in the non existent time line where the rouge Avengers were pardoned and apologised, and they try that whole being nice to each other thing again.
