He crawls back until he falls out of the bed, a pained sound coming out of him, but he keeps going until he’s curled in the corner of the room, golden eyes wide in fear. Something like heartbreak crosses the demon’s face as he approaches him cautiously, like he’s approaching a wounded animal, and Felix thinks that it’s exactly what he must look like right now.
“Yongbok, it’s ok.”
The demon crouches a few feet away from him, hands with his palms up, as if trying to show that he’s not a threat.
“That’s not my name.”
He whispers, eyes trained on the other. He sees shock cross that beautiful face.
“What?”
“My name is not Yongbok, it’s Lee Felix. Who are you and where am I?”

“I won’t let anyone harm you,” Chan said softly, his voice barely above a whisper, but carrying the weight of a vow. “Or them.” His gaze flicked to Seungmin and Jeongin before returning to Felix. “You’re safe here. I’ll make sure of it.”
For a long moment, Felix just stared at him, his expression caught between exhaustion and wariness. The silence stretched, and Chan’s heart hammered painfully against his ribs.
Then, Felix gave the smallest of nods.
It was barely anything, but to Chan, it was everything.
In that instant, he knew. With a certainty so fierce it left him breathless, Chan knew this boy—this fragile, freckled, fire-hearted omega—was his mate.
And nothing in this world would ever change that.

A newborn baby, he's going to have to take care of that in barely eight months and he's not even out of high school yet. He doesn't have anyone when his child, Minjun, is placed into his arms on a cold January night.
But Lee Felix is a fighter, always has been, and his child is as well, it seems. Felix is an editor’s assistant, who always dreamt of being an editor himself. Changbin is his boss, with the power to promote him to the job of his dreams.
Changbin’s successful career and life in Australia is threatened by his denied visa and he needs someone with citizenship to marry him quickly else he’ll be deported off the country. Felix has Australian citizenship and will do anything to get what he wants.
It’s nothing a quick divorce won’t solve. What could possibly go wrong? It’s just a means to an end… right?
