Summary
“It’s nice to see you too,” the Doctor said. “Well, it would be nice to see you if I could see. What with the blindfold and the kidnapping? Couldn’t you just send an invitation?”
Armed with twelve needles and a lot of determination, the Master decides to survey the responses of the Doctor's new regeneration. Meanwhile, the Doctor is highly curious, loves pushing himself to his limits and has very sensitive hands.
Combined, these two forces bring a terrifyingly pleasant outcome.
