Summary
Izuku Midoriya has been obsessed with quirks ever since his own failed to manifest. He doesn’t care whether people use them for good or evil, just what their quirks can do. He keeps notes on all the heroes and villains he admires, but his favorite is the man with the most powerful quirk in the world — the number one villain, All Might.
AU in which All Might isn’t a hero, but Midoriya is still his biggest fan.
This story was written for the DekuMight Big Bang 2018.
