Summary
“Now get to the part I’m not gonna like-” and before she has had the time to properly finish the sentence, a voice interrupts, making herself known and also making Agatha’s blood run cold in what has to be a world-record time.
“Here I am.”
Agatha looks at the door, the source of the voice blocked from view by Phil, who promptly turns to check on the person who’s just arrived for himself. Of course, Agatha already knows who it is. She momentarily considers closing her eyes and just pretend this isn’t happening. When Phil finishes turning around and lets Rio Vidal step into the room, she wishes she had done just that.
That way she wouldn’t be staring at the former love of her life.
