Summary
Here’s what you need to know:
1. Iwaizumi Hajime got bitten by a weird spider on a field trip.
2. He may or may not be developing freakish powers.
3. Tooru Oikawa, /past friend/, starts texting him. (It’s not a big deal. It’s fine. It’s definitely not making him think about all the years they lost.)Something bites. Something shifts. Something comes back, maybe.
There’s a city full of noise, a classroom with a shared desk, and a number saved again after years of not needing one. The occasional existential crisis in his bedroom. Also, school.
Things don’t go back to the way they were. They never do. But sometimes, you find yourself standing in the middle of a story you didn’t think you’d get to finish. Oikawa’s still ridiculous. He still flips his pen like it’s an Olympic sport. And he still makes Iwaizumi feel like maybe he should’ve said something, years ago.
Now he’s got spider senses and a crush he never quite outgrew.

Summary
It was a supposed haven built with a promise, now overshadowed by the haunting quiet of his solitude.
Katsuki has since felt bitter for the life they had planned together. The air, thick with lingering memories, seemed to cling to him like the frost on his fur-lined cloak. He entered the small abode, greeted only by the hushed whispers of the wind outside clawing against the walls.
The interior was a tableau frozen in time—the half-finished book on the wooden table, the untouched tea in the chipped mug, and the unlit fireplace yearning for warmth.
And Izuku, who only greeted him with closed eyes. Because the mountains were cruel. They were thieves, and they did not listen to pleas.
The world inside was as still and silent as the mountains that cradled them. Like always, the weather was cold.
