Summary
On the way home from a Halloween party, Remus is already anticipating a nice, quiet night in. While cutting through the forest, strange sounds alert him to the presence of another, who happens to be a tiny child named Regulus.
Lost and scared after running away from his cruel babysitter, little Regulus clings to him for solace. Although Remus never planned on having children, the moment this sweet baby places his trust in him, he realises he will do anything to keep him safe.
First, though, he needs to call the boy’s father.

Summary
Evan has a crush on Barty, but Barty is smitten by Regulus. Regulus has an obsession with James Potter and refuses to even entertain the idea of anyone who isn't him. So if Evan were to play matchmaker for Regulus and this Gryffindor, then Barty would be free to finally pay attention to him. Sure, Evan is extremely awkward and struggles with social situations, but he could push past all that to help out a friend. The two have so much in common too.
