Summary
If anything is as routine as Yoongi whining about the room filling with smoke before he helps add to it is Taehyung slipping away sometime throughout the night to feed his kissing addiction. Even though Jungkook has lips and is usually in hands reach of Taehyung, he’ll disappear and reappear moments later with someone else. It’s fine.
It’s torture.
[Or the one where Jungkook likes frogs, Taehyung, and thinks everyone else sucks.]

Summary
Prisoner 83456791, Lee Taewoon. That's the alias that Taehyung has undertaken.
The backstory that his team came up with is airtight, but he's still nervous as his prints are taken by the captain of the precinct and the DA. These are people he's worked with before, and it shows in the way they let him do the prints himself and warn him before the flash of the camera for his mugshot.
"Once you're in, it's going to be hell," Captain Choi warns him, handing him an orange jumpsuit and a pair of shower shoes.
Taehyung nods, "Well, I didn't think it was going to be a vacation," he jokes, stripping his shirt and pants off. He's gotten used to having to give up his privacy. His autonomy. He's a weapon of the government, and weapons don't feel shame. He's got a cushy cave and public approval, so how can he complain?
The DA turns away with red ears, "Right, well, as a failsafe, you have Kim Seokjin in there with you, but there's also a distress button under your bed. If Jeon tries anything, don't hesitate to press it," She informs, still not looking at Taehyung as he gets dressed.
or
Taehyung goes undercover to get intel on Jeon Jungkook. It's not exactly what he expected.

Summary
“This is a bad idea,” Taehyung feels the need to say it out loud. It seems like they both need to hear it. “You know that, right?”
“Oh, it’s one hundred percent a bad idea,” Jungkook grins, extending his hand. “But you said it yourself, I owe you for the pants.”
They shake hands again, like they’re concluding some sort of twisted business deal.
“You’re something, aren’t you?”
Who else would agree to this?
“I am, and you haven’t even seen half of it.”
“I’m not sure if I should be intimidated or excited,” Taehyung admits, ignoring the adrenaline that’s pushing in his body at the thought.
“Definitely both,” Jungkook responds. “See you in Jeju, hyung.”
