Lena Luthor once made a mistake when it came to mixing business and pleasure and she’s determined not to repeat it. She’s here to save a dying club, and the only romantic entanglements she wants to get involved with are those between her best friends. But can she hold herself to that when she meets a woman who keeps showing just how perfect she is for her. It doesn’t help that everyone keeps thinking they’re together.
Kara isn’t sure what her next step is, but she knows what it’s not. And it’s not into the arms of her cousin’s entertainment empire, nor is it back into the arms of her ex boyfriend. Then the years passed, Kara learned how to hide her differences, become more human, and that focus was lost.
