If someone had told Chloe a year ago that her mother would ask her to move to an entirely new world, she would have laughed. But it was a fact. This was happening. This had to be some sort of fuck joke, right? Hahaha.
Right? ... No.
In two days, Chloe Charming would be heading to Wonderland. There, she would officially meet Bridget. Bridget? Yes, that was the name of the Empress. Who could have known?
And unofficially, her future stepsister. Red. Who names their child after a color?
Apparently, Bridget does.
And how did Chloe feel about all this? She didn’t know. She was going to protect her mother. To make sure Bridget could take good care of her. To ensure Ella’s happiness. That’s what she kept telling herself, but honestly, she didn’t have a choice. Her grandfather was busy with Chad. She was only 17, already graduated from Auradon Prep. She was still a kid. And she didn’t feel like dealing with more paperwork.So she was just going underground. How bad could it be? After all, the place was called Wonderland.
