The Omega Laws are horrible, sexist, trash. But they are still the law.
When an Omega turns 18, they would be assigned a group of Alphas, a Pack... a harem. Those Alpha's would be tasked with providing for, protecting, and ultimately having children with them. An Omega can choose her pack, as long as it consists of at least 4 Alphas. Alphas can be male or female.
