"Wait."
Malcolm tries, he does, but he just can't, not for as long as John wants. He kicks his legs, groans, and then he's unable to withstand the pain anymore, tossing his head back as he gasps for air.
John grinds his teeth, taking Malcolm's finger in his hand again. "Sinner," he hisses, twisting it, and Malcolm cries out. "Liar. Disobedient little whore."
"I'm...sorry, John," he wheezes. "It hurt."
"I told you," John says, and cuts off Malcolm's air with a hand again. "It's supposed to."
