    Hank sighed. It was one of those exhausted, disappointed doctor sighs that had Wade’s hand moving to his chest, prepared for shock and horror. And Hank, for his part, did not disappoint.

    “Well, unfortunately for you Logan, whatever they gave you was laced with a mutation-suppressant strong enough to keep your healing factor dysfunctional for at least another twenty-four hours. Which means–”

    Shit to the third power.

    “You’re fucked.”

     

    (In which Logan is dosed with a fuck-and-die poison and Wade, bless his soul, prevents a deadly orgasm.)
