Summary
Normally, Catwoman went for flashy targets: artifacts on loan at the Gotham Museum, crown jewels worn by visiting dignitaries, whatever dumb purchase the Wayne Estate had most recently made for its private collection… But tonight was different. Tonight, Selina wanted to test out her stealth skills a bit. Play with danger.
That was how Selina ended up in a warehouse owned by Tony Zucco. The mob boss usually fell well under Catwoman’s radar, but the man had always been a bit too boastful for his own good. Apparently, Zucco currently had an “interesting” piece of merchandise hidden in his East Gotham warehouse. Something he had gotten after murdering the previous owners.
At least, that’s what one of Zucco’s henchmen had claimed, right after Selina stole the gold watch off his wrist and got him to buy her a cocktail.
OR: What if Catwoman found Robin instead of Batman?

Summary
Xiao Xingchen is an ascended immortal god. He has seen the mortal cultivation world rise, fall, and rebuild countless times. Every time, one thing is the same: the fall of the cultivation world is brought on by Xue Yang, a young man with a difficult childhood, gifted with immense power but filled with rage and resentment. Determined to save the mortal world, Xiao Xingchen has been kind to every reincarnation of Xue Yang, trying to give him a life where he has no reason to cause the destruction he inevitably inflicts. It never works, and the cycle always repeats. Finally, defeated and worn down, he gives up on this approach and lets fate run its course with no interference. Xue Yang is not his fault, nor his responsibility, after all.
That is, until Xue Yang ascends to heaven himself with Jiangzai in his hand and murderous intent in his eyes, determined to destroy heaven itself for forsaking him.

Summary
Xiao Xingchen has sacrificed his memories for something he could no longer remember. When he awakens in a world he knows nothing about, he finds three steps ingrained within the emptiness of his mind that he surmises are what he needs to regain his memories.
The first: Xue Yang owes him blood.
The second: Song Zichen owes him a song.
The third: He owes himself a life.
Though he does not know the meaning of these steps, Xiao Xingchen sets out to find Xue Yang, the one whom the world claims is his enemy, who turns out to be not quite what Xiao Xingchen had expected him to be.
As Xiao Xingchen travels the cultivation world with Xue Yang, he learns anew who he is and what he had set out to do. He learns of a side of Xue Yang that no one has ever known before. He learns anew about the world he had chosen above all else and resolves to find a new path through it with Xue Yang by his side. Along his path, he is drawn into a web of mystery and secrets involving unspeakable lies and unimaginable crimes, the unraveling of which will shake the very foundations of the cultivation world.Or, in which I make Xiao Xingchen and Xue Yang the main characters of MDZS.
