Jeongin speaks from experience, of course. He’s done it to plenty of wielders who thought they could bind a demon to their will, who thought that demons were tools to use for their own ends. Who thought they were more powerful than the demon they were summoning, and who weren’t polite enough to ask for a proper favor.

“Minho?” Chan asks, disbelieving, cutting off the excited greetings that half the table has for the woman in front of her.
Minho doesn’t look surprised to see her at all. The self-satisfied smirk on her face almost screams that this chance meeting is contrived; Minho somehow knew Chan would be here. “Hi, Chan-unnie! Long time no see.”
“What are you doing here?” Chan asks, laughing a little at Minho’s slightly uncharacteristic bubbliness. She hasn’t seen Minho in so long that she can’t even remember when they last met in person.Or: Chan's night out takes a turn for the better when she reunites with Minho. It also dredges up feelings Chan thought she'd put behind her.
