“Mm,” Hua Yong hummed, smiling against his mouth, only for Shaoyou to do it again — a quick peck before pulling back, then leaning in for another, then another.
“Baby,” Hua Yong murmured, voice warm and amused as Shaoyou pecked him a fourth time, “are you saying goodnight or trying to tease me?”
Shaoyou only giggled softly, giving one last quick kiss before burying his face in Hua Yong’s chest. “Goodnight,” he mumbled, muffled against his skin.
Hua Yong chuckled, lowering his head to press a lingering kiss to the crown of Shaoyou’s head. “Goodnight, my love,” he whispered back, letting his scent wrap around them both as the world outside softened into morning.
