Summary
For almost two months, Tom Hiddleston’s brief art exhibit encounter with Dr. Margot Halferty lived in the background of his days, quietly persistent. He thought about her in mundane moments: walking his dog Isla through Central Park, flipping through annotated scripts, and even sipping his morning coffee as he watches the NYC skyline from his West Village apartment. Not in a desperate way, of course. Just in a quiet, hopeful yearning as though something unresolved had started writing itself the night they met.
Then came the second chance.
By sheer fortune, (or perhaps with a little help from some fairy godmother who had always been attuned to timing and possibility) they crossed paths again. From then on, being apart felt unbearable, especially for Tom. Their lives though busy, public, and vastly different, began to softly entwine. His world wasn’t hers, but he never made her feel like a visitor.
This fiction contains two adults who meet unexpectedly and choose every day to build something real, respectful, and lasting. A story where Tom is so devoted it might border on worship.
