    Molly and Sherlock have gone their separate ways post The Final Problem. Several months later they are forced to come together due to terrible circumstances. Things are not the same for either of them. Unresolved issues aside, they both now have something or rather someone else in common. The more desperately Molly tries to get out of the situation, the more she gets sucked back into it.

    “Ahh,” Darcy says dryly. “You killed it.”

    He taps his fingers against his thigh. “Old habits. Thought it could’ve been a security risk.”

    It takes an awkward pause for her to realise he meant it could have been a bomb.

    “Geez, man,” she says, looking aimlessly around the room and scratching the back of her head. “Your life until now must have sucked.”

    Or: in which Darcy is unknowingly good at giving orders, and Bucky takes solace in the fact.
