And for most of her life, Constance followed those rules as religiously as her family pretended to be. So following after the Winchesters in their revenge/finding our father trip was really not the best idea that she had ever had. But there was something about Sam that told Connie he would one day need her help, and unfortunately she always followed where her heart led.
