It should have been simple – the hold-up, heist, armed robbery, whatever you want to call it. Damen called it working for the family business. He was ready to storm into the casino and take a chunk of cash back from the Veretians. They'd taken enough from his side.
He was ready, waiting, and then someone else arrived into the alleyway with bright blue eyes the only things visible through the black mask. After that, it wasn't simple.
