He could taste the salt in the air, along with the ozone that came before a big storm. He weaved between the sun-bleached stone buildings, his feet pounding on the intricate tile ground as he tried to race the weather. He felt the wind on his cheeks as the rain splattered against his skin, dampening his hair as he beelined for the compound.
Everything was good, more than good.
And then Naruto woke up.

Summary
He can see the golden rooftops of the buildings, taste the salty air, feel the rough stone of the sun-bleached buildings, watch his feet roam over the intricate tile and stone floors of the village. He can feel energy rush through his veins as the sea breeze blows red strands of hair into his eyes. Everything is okay at that moment, everything is at peace. He is at peace.
Then Naruto wakes up.
Re-write in progress! First chapter is up, and the chapters of the new version are significantly longer. Leaving this here for people to re-read, however.

Summary
Family is more than an echo of the past.
When a Jedi artifact sends Din somewhere else the poor man is disoriented and confused. He has no idea what’s going on or why the lights were suddenly so bright. He plans on keeping a low profile and scouting out this new place until he hears the sound of a young voice crying out in pain. Harsh words that should never be spoken to a child follow the sound of another blow and Din can’t help but to intervene.

Summary
While on a hunt to track down a Zeltron book-keeper, a once slave of Jabba the Hutt, Din Djarin finds himself in the catacombs beneath a decimated city. The Zeltron is rumored to have magic similar to his adopted son but that just makes Din more determined to find them.
He expected to find a scared book-keeper, what he found is an ancient Mandalorian Force Ghost. One attached to the age-old weapon he never wanted in the first place.
