Summary
"And you must be Tubbo!" he said happily, like this was going to be good, like he wasn't just sat down and told about the twelve and a half other homes.
Tubbo looked this man up and down, expression unmoving. His hair was blonde and shoulder length, tied back into a small ponytail. Stubble covered his chin and he had baby blue eyes that seemed to sparkle with enthusiasm.
Tubbo decided that he wasn't going to give this man six months; he was going to give this man six weeks.

Summary
And then there was the sunset. The sky was ruby turned peach and the golden sun looked as if she was lowering into the sea itself, like she was to rest eternally in the frigid waves.
But that was untrue; the sun would rise and set again tomorrow, and the next day, and the day after that, even if Tommy wasn’t there to watch it.
He realized he had a newfound appreciation for the sun. He loved the way she reflected against the waves, washing them in a similar gold, and they would shimmer back as if telling her in their own way that she was beautiful beyond comparison. A forbidden love between sea and sun, a story for another day.
Maybe it was the sun who would finally control the ocean. But no, that would be the moon, wouldn’t it?
“Yeah,” Tommy breathed. “It’s breathtaking.”
Philza nodded. “What do you see?”
“Everything."
“Explain.”
—
or, a fic where tommy accidentally stows away on the best (or second best) pirate captain's ship and accidentally makes some friends—and enemies—along the way.

Summary
“You’re the last person to finish eating,” he stated simply, “that means you’re on dish duty.”
“What?” Tommy asked, blinking rapidly. He was still trying to recover from the startle Wilbur had given him. “But—but you’re already washing dishes!”
Wilbur laughed a bit. “Yeah, but do you see this mound of gunk?” He gestured to the large pile of plates and other dishes. “I’m gonna need an extra pair of hands. Besides, you had the audacity to leave a plate behind.”
Tommy opened his mouth, then closed it, then opened it again and closed it again. He really didn’t want to do dishes. Finally, the only thing he could think to sputter out was, “What does audacity mean?”
—
or, a (long) christmas oneshot where tommy and wilbur are cousins who never see eachother. wilbur, two years older and a literature nerd, is too boring for tommy; but when he's forced to do the dishes with his cousin too many years in a row, tommy learns a thing or two from him.

"Actually," Dream began. "As much as I'd just love to stay and chat with you all, I was wondering if I could have a word with Eret?"
"Eret? Why would you want to talk to Eret?" Tommy questioned accusingly.

Summary
"It isn't about the land, Tubbo." Tommy gave him a sideways glance. The sun washed his honey-blond hair, turning it gold. "L'Manberg isn't just land, it's us."
The sun warmed your face in a way that made it impossible not to tip your head back and soak in its rays. A late-July breeze whispered through honey and chocolate hair. It caused trees to hum in delight, made distant enemies lay back to enjoy a small grace period, allowed two young soldiers to close their eyes and imagine a world with no war and no fighting, and sigh contentedly.
—
or, two young soldiers enjoy a day off.
