Summary
The notice went up four weeks ago.
Nico di Angelo had been keeping an eye on it because it was worth a lot of money. There was a purple symbol of the Praetor sealed on it. A government warrant. Nico had hunted bounties before but never one of this size, or importance. No one was taking it, though, which he found very interesting. And agonizing. Why was no one taking it?
Finally, he just decided to walk up to the board and rip down the parchment from where it was pinned. He waited a moment for anything. An explosion, fireworks, some applause? But nothing. The passerby kept walking the cobbled streets, no glance in his direction.
He shrugged and stuffed it into his leather satchel before heading off to meet with his friends.
