Tell me of the winter fey, all cold and pristine and distant. The fey that are beautiful in the harsh way, where getting close means losing something of yourself that can only return when you leave. The fey that embody the frozen snow where even at their worst they are gentle and slow yet deep in their bite. The forever torrents of autumn have faded and frozen to become light and airy flakes. Beautiful and large they fall, at worst obscuring vision with their number and only later, once the snow has built up, do you feel the weight and recognize the danger.
