Summary
"Binding her soul to Draco Malfoy’s felt exactly like being Crucioed. It hurt like bones breaking, like skin burning, like it would end her before she had ever had the chance to really begin."
--Haunted by the faces disappearing around her, Hermione grasps onto anything that can tip the scales of the war. When an opportunity in the form of a prophecy presents itself, she grabs on, even when the cost is her very soul."Suddenly, images of her flashed through his head, wiry hair and overly large teeth staring into his train compartment, her face crumpled with hurt the first time he had said that word to her, a girl smiling under a misty ceiling made of stars in the Great Hall. The same brown eyes with full cheeks just below them, brown eyes filled with excitement, brown eyes with purple bruises under them, brown eyes with fear pooled in them, brown eyes with a cut above a brow, tears spilling from brown eyes, a reflection of a cursed dagger in the pupil. He couldn’t look away."
--Willing to do almost anything to save his mother and end the war, Draco does the unthinkable. Defying years of prejudice and forsaking a sacred lineage, he ties his soul to the very person he had been raised to hate for survival.Bookmarked by sourgelato

Summary
After the war, every adult wizard associated with Voldemort was sentenced to death. Their children were shown mercy—in the form of life sentences in Azkaban.
Hermione Granger has spent the past decade honing her skills—she has several masteries under her belt and a successful customs business inventing new and powerful magics. She has a happy and loving group of friends and all the books she could ever want, tucked up in her perfect little cottage in Kent. Surely there’s nothing she’s missing then, is there?
Draco Malfoy has spent the last ten years in Azkaban. He’s broken beyond recognition. So when he’s dragged out into the Ministry after a decade in the dark, he can only assume it’s to end his suffering.
Instead he looks up into the eyes of a grown, indomitable Hermione Granger. Will she help put the pieces of who he once was back together? Will they be able to stop the Ministry’s slow descent into fascism? Will he ever learn how to use the terrifying Micro Wave?

Summary
First, he stretches. Then, he exercises. He eats breakfast, and watches the street he lives on come to life -- the old man and his corgi, the baristas at the coffee shop, the woman who jogs, the daughter and father, and the Indian grocer all making their appearance. Then, he showers, shaves, dresses, and heads to his job as an Auror, where he has been on desk duty ever since he was pulled from the field because of The Incident.
Draco lives his life by his Ministry mandated Mind Healer routines, and he is trying to get back to being Potter's left-hand man, but the cannonball to his careful regimen comes in the form of a very cranky Hermione Granger.
Banter, fluff, eventual smut, an ensemble cast of friends and family and weddings and babies. Told in mostly Draco's POV, but the occasional random one, because who says Draco is the most reliable of narrators?
It’s a character-driven slow burn.

Summary
Ten years after the war, Hermione Granger is a celebrated hero, a tireless political reformer–but behind closed doors, she's drowning in a Ministry that praises her with one breath and silences her with the next. She's brilliant, respected... and dangerously close to being done playing by their rules.
Cleared of his war crimes and sharper than ever, Draco Malfoy didn't just survive the fallout–he seized it. The most feared name in Wizarding Britain's criminal underworld, he controls the flow of potions, secrets, and power. And now, he's being ordered to marry the Ministry's Golden Girl.
Thrown into a marriage neither expected and neither intends to lose, Hermione and Draco must decide whether to rule from the shadows or burn the whole damn system down... together.
He may be the King of Wizarding Britain's criminal underworld–
but she is the Queen.
And may the gods help anyone who disrespects the Queen.
