Summary
In this world, from the moment you're born, you are intertwined with another. At the age of thirteen, you receive "messages" from that person. Any marks on the skin from one person, whether it be writing with a marker, or wounds, will appear on the other. Once united and the two find undying love for each other, the hurt they share will revert back to how it was before, individual.
Thats the story every kid is told practically from the moment they're born. Keith was tired of hearing it though. Everyone in his class would be talking about how they couldn't wait for their tenth birthday to try and contact their soulmate, while he wanted nothing to do with it.
