But if that’s what you’re into…” He grinned in a feral manner that Fjord didn’t enjoy, “well who am I to deny a dead man a bit of pleasure before he slips off this mortal coil?”

Caduceus’s brother said that nine times out of ten, cult kids ended up back in new cults before long, and Caduceus had thrown a roll at his head, and then told Fjord that was probably untrue. Maybe those specific cult kids didn’t latch onto another god as quickly as he did. Maybe he could just learn to love Melora, get back to the sea, and forget everything else.
