One night, after another unfortunate accident, he encounters Ocelot, who offers to help Eli clean up after his accident, as well as giving him a radical solution:

Eli's desperate for a solution, and accepts the man's help, but little does he know that Ocelot isn't motivated out of the kindness of his heart, and his hypnosis can be controlled by Ocelot, who can make the boy wet himself with just a few trigger words...
