Kaveh doesn’t look up at Alhaitham and starts playing with the strands on his rug as some sort of anxious release. “I mean… you can’t possibly want me here. I don’t even know what you are anymore. Roommate? Friend? Acquaintance?”
“Am I the type of person to lend my house to someone I don’t deeply respect and see as a friend?”
“...No.” Kaveh says, albeit hesitantly.
“Then don’t be foolish. Don’t be foolish thinking that you’re a leech and don’t be foolish thinking that your work cannot be managed. Although, I do think your work would be ‘easier to manage’ if you actually listened to me whenever I tell you to take breaks and space yourself. I’m not always right, but I’m typically right about you.”

Summary
Albedo didn’t worry often whenever he left for Dragonspine. He knew that the Knights of Favonius – specifically Kaeya – would take care of Klee. There has never been any reason for him to doubt their ability to care for her.
This trust is the exact reason why Kaeya almost shit himself upon entering the kitchen. Klee had wanted a snack, so they were in the kitchen. Kaeya forgot something in his room, so he left Klee for no more than two minutes. Klee apparently wanted red hair, so she spilled red wine on her head, of course.

Klee wants to be just like Diluc. So much so, that she tries dying her hair to look more like him. This, of course, does not work, but Diluc finds it adorable nonetheless.

Summary
Kaveh had thirty minutes in between clients, long enough to be bored but not short enough to go back home. As he goes to reach for his sketchbook to keep himself busy as he waits for his next client in Puspa Cafe, he realizes that his sketchbook isn’t with him today. Thankfully, he has a pen with him. He then takes one of the napkins from the napkin holder sitting atop the table and starts to draw aimlessly. It takes him no more than two minutes to realize his hands have gone on autopilot and started drawing his lover without even consciously thinking about the strokes he was making with his pen. He stops briefly to take in his rough sketch, embarrassment quickly flooding his senses.

Kaveh is absolutely smitten (he's embarrassed about it) and Alhaitham doesn't even realize until he stumbles upon Kaveh's sketchbook.

Summary
First off, the bathroom was a mess, but that wasn’t Alhaitham’s focus right now. Kaveh was dying his hair brown. Kaveh was not wearing gloves as he was doing so. “Where are your gloves?” is the first thing out of Alhaitham’s mouth.
“Seriously!? That’s what you say first? Not, ‘oh, my darling boyfriend, why have you decided to dye your hair’?” Kaveh changes the pitch of his voice towards the end, as if the mimic Alhaitham.
“My voice is not that high, and when was the last time I even called you ‘darling’?”

Alhaitham comes home and finds his boyfriend dying his hair. He helps because he is so very in love with him.
