Its daunting at first, and some unwelcome situations arise because of the change, but when the dust starts to settle James discovers there are things to enjoy in life he'd never thought possible. And that's how he falls in love with drumming. Maybe, one day, he'll fall in love with something (or someone) else.

zuko deals with coming to terms with how abusive his father was and tries to cope with the many new (very sudden) changes in his life. toph knows too well what he’s going through and it’s refreshing for both of them to talk about it every so often. sokka on the other hand has always lived in the most loving home anyone could imagine, he can’t even begin to imagine the horrors zuko suffered at the hands of his own father but the help he has to offer is not only his own love but that of his own family who start to treat zuko as one of their own shockingly quickly.
