Mingi, a nobody at this point, is done. He cannot run even if he wanted to, and has accepted his fate to die as a no one in this stupid cellar of a pirate ship.
But of course, fate hates him so much that they send the Utopia, and their boisterous crew of 7 (to be 8), straight to his feet. Instead of leaving him to die along with the rest of the ship, the crew sees something in Mingi that he himself doesn't believe- a key. A key to being the Pirate King.
