December 31st, 1999: the world stands on the brink of a new millennium. Despite the looming threat of Y2K, Jyn's friends are throwing a New Year's Eve party, intending to go out with a bang if the world actually does end. Everyone will be there, including her crush, Cassian. Bodhi keeps talking about how its "now or never."
Jyn's not worried. Why should not having a "2" on the clocks cause the end of the world?
